Medical professionals with Prolacta Bioscience
We’ve conducted trainings in all industries, and know what clients can do to ensure their success. It has to do with how you cast your players. First, examine the experience and job descriptions of the participants. For example, if you have experienced and new employees, consider if the Seasoned Veterans might dominate or make others withdraw. You can aways conduct separate trainings with attendees of approximately the same experience.
Another important consideration is whether to include yourself if you oversee the team(s) in the training. This requires a gut check, because most people have stage fright-- which makes them overly cautious when speaking in front of others, especially those with power. If this is the case for you, we recommend you observe and not participate.
However, if you have comfortable relationships with the participants and offer insights, as well as support and inspiration, you’ll be a valuable asset. (*)The most important consideration is what will make the training, as well as the investment of time and money worth the expenditure. Films and TV series rise or fall on casting, and your training will as well.
(*) Recently, this was the case when Melinda Elliott, CMO at Prolacta Bioscience observed and then participated in the second day of our training. It worked really well.
