Jocelyn Singer-Sargent

Jocelyn's focus is aligning the needs of the business with the needs of its employees to accelerate performance. A change agent and transformation junkie, she delivers insight and experience so that organizations meet their strategic goals.

Jocelyn's clients jokingly call her The Work Whisperer. She holds a BA in Women in Gender Studies from Dartmouth College and a Master's Degree from Columbia University School of Social Work.

 

She has held HR leadership positions and led high-performing teams in the financial, behavioral health, and nonprofit settings. She is a SHRM-certified Human Resources professional and a licensed Clinical Social Worker.
