“I reviewed my DVD the same day it arrived in the mail. It was really fun watching it, and it also helped me remember specific portions of the training.

The most poignant moment for me came during my last session when following my 5-minute presentation you asked me to repeat it without using my notes. I could physically feel that the presentation was better when I used my own thoughts, words, and energy, as opposed to the well-prepared talk I had planned. It was a great ending to great training.”

“At my last ProVisor meeting, instead of getting up and telling everyone that I am a CPA that does business management, I told the group a story about a client problem and how I solved it. After the end of the meeting a couple of the members approached me to tell me that my elevator speech was “night and day” and “1,000%” better than how I spoke about my work in the past. Another member said that she has a potential client for me.

I said, “Give me a few minutes.” I went right to Own The Room and the chapter on closings.

“My entire perspective on professional business presentations and public speaking has changed after working with Deborah and David, the Principals of Eloqui. Colleagues questioned why I enrolled in Eloqui’s Power of Five program, since I’m a veteran radio host, TV commentator and had my share of keynote speeches and master of ceremony appearances.

The answer is that I have improved significantly in my focus, stage presentation, movement and ability to identify my audience– whether it’s extremely large or a one-on-one conversation.

Before working with Eloqui, I found myself exhausted after producing and moderating a panel about social networking. Through Deborah and David, I learned that I wore too many hats. I will no longer strive to be the coach, the visionary, the artisan AND the seasoned veteran in one presentation…

What I didn’t expect was that Deborah and David are both extremely connected and provide the added value of business coaching. They are adamant about ensuring that all of their clients succeed.”

“I have heard nothing but positive feedback from the team regarding the Eloqui training. We are already putting what we learned and practiced into play. Hands down, the two days we spent together was the best training I have ever gone through at TDA.”

          Michael Riley
Vice President
Strategic Relationships West

“I want to thank you for a great two days of training down here in Orlando. I’ve had many training sessions over the past 12 years of my career and this was by far the best and most productive I’ve ever had. You, Mark and David took what is typically very uncomfortable for me and made it very comfortable if that makes any sense.”

          Eric Kullich
Vice President
Institutional Sales

“Thanks yet again for all your help with my conference presentation. It went extremely well! I got many compliments and the prep made all the difference. Tom’s (president: Tom Bradley) also went very well – you both had a significant effect on our success at the conference.”

          Brian Stimpfl
Managing Director
Advisor Advocacy & Industry Affairs

“I was asked to give a talk to my congregation, about 225 members, a few weeks ago. Instead of the mundane opening, I used a powerful story to link right into the topic. This approach captivated the audience; I also saw a few literally sitting on the edge of their seats. Many members complimented me on my talk and public speaking abilities. A few who are prominent business leaders even approached me and asked me what public speaking training I have been exposed to throughout my career.”

         Erik M Blankmeyer
Vice President
Institutional Sales

“I realized I never followed up with you after the TD Ameritrade conference in Las Vegas. I received very good feedback afterwards. I even had people that weren’t there come up to me later in the day and say, I heard your presentation was the best one of the conference so far. My boss told me he heard similar comments.

My opening and closing were great and I added a few more personal stories throughout the presentation that really enhanced the points I was making so much more than had I just read the slides like I used to do. I also loved the use of the “black out” feature on the PowerPoint. I could actually SEE my two biggest points really being absorbed by the audience when I shut it off, walked forward and center and drew all the attention to what I was saying right then and there.”

          Scott K. Leak
Vice President
Institutional Sales

“Thanks again for your help last week. I felt your advice was right on, particularly after finishing my speaking engagement. I was able to focus on the non verbal delivery of my content and truly noticed the difference versus the other speakers who were indeed very monotone. Your advice and continued support are worth every penny!”
