Deborah Mac Millan, Director of Sales

Before recently relocating to beautiful New Hampshire, Deborah spent over 20+ years in the San Jose / Silicon Valley area working as the Director of Marketing for the commercial architectural firm Reel Grobman & Associates and prior to that as a Commercial Office Leasing Manager for Chicago-based JMB/Heitman Properties Ltd.

Through these positions she has worked with companies of all sizes and in all industries including technology, law and accounting, financial, real estate and development.

Her passion is in helping companies find solutions to their challenges. Her other passion is raising a flock of laying hens.

Deborah holds a Bachelors Degree in Business from The Colorado College in Colorado Springs, Colorado– An innovative liberal arts institution that created the acclaimed ‘Block Plan’ method of learning.

Charlene Bleakley, Sales and Marketing

Before joining Eloqui, Charlene has been in management or held executive positions at EDS, AT&T and IBM where for eight years, her focus was on startups and entrepreneurial companies.

Besides Charlene’s marketing and sales focus, she has had multiple careers teaching school, as a trained engineer at EDS and IBM and starting her own family’s clothing business in Connecticut, which is still going strong after 43 years.

Charlene has worked and traveled throughout the U.S., and in Europe, primarily in England and Italy.

Charlene holds a Teacher’s degree, a Bachelor of Science, an MBA and is now working on a doctorate in business organization and human behavior management.
